The NCC Boys Basketball Tournament kicks into high gear once again tonight @ two separate venues.  Arsenal Tech’s Rueben Behlmer Gymnasium will host the winner’s bracket, and Kokomo’s Memorial Gymnasium will host the loser’s bracket.  Details are as follows…
